The suction inlet and outlet of the double suction pump are both below the axis of the pump and perpendicular to the axis.Do not remove the inlet and outlet water pipe and motor for maintenance.Viewed from the direction of transmission, the pump rotates clockwise (or counterclockwise according to the user's needs).The main parts of the pump are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction seal ring, shaft sleeve and so on.The s-type double-suction centrifugal body and pump cover constitute the impeller's working chamber.In the inlet and outlet water flange, the system has installed vacuum gauge and pressure gauge pipe screw hole.The lower part of the inlet and outlet water flange is provided with a pipe screw hole for discharging water.The impeller verified by static balance is fixed on the shaft by the axle sleeve and the axle sleeve nut on both sides, and its axial position can be adjusted by the axle sleeve nut.The pump shaft is supported by two single row centripetal ball bearings.Type S double suction centrifugal pump bearing installed in the bearing, installed at both ends of the pump body, with butter lubrication.The double suction sealing ring is used to reduce the water leakage of the pumping chamber back to the suction chamber.S-type double-suction centrifugal pump is directly driven by motor through elastic coupling, or by internal combustion engine if necessary.The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (mechanical seal structure can be adopted according to user's requirement).
